We had some strange sounds coming from the furnace. The tech that came out tested and looked and listened to it for a while, long enough to give us a very good explanation of the things we heard. On Saturday night, during the height of the recent heat wave, the condenser on my air conditioner went out. On the recommendation of my son, I called Clark’s early Sunday morning. By 11:30 am, a technician had been to the house, diagnosed the problem, and told me my options. If the unit I need is in stock, it should be installed Monday morning. I am impressed by the quick response to my call and the professional diagnosis and explanation. I am confident that I am in good hands and my problem will soon be resolved! So far, I am just as satisfied with Clark’s as was my son when he had his unit repaired several weeks ago!

Warranties
All of our service parts carry a 1-year warranty. Heating and cooling equipment carry a limited 5-year warranty. Customers also have the option to register the equipment with the manufacturer and receive a 10-year warranty (applicable only if the product is registered within a specified time of the installation).
Annual Maintenance
We offer Spring and Fall System Checks to ensure your unit is working in top-notch order and ready for the season ahead prolonging the life of the equipment and enhancing performance, which in turn keeps your energy bills lower.
Spring
Each Spring we conduct a routine maintenance check to ensure your air conditioning unit is working properly. This covers checking refrigerant level, capacitor, electrical components and motors. The condenser coil is cleaned, and the evaporator coil inspected.
Fall
Whether your heating unit is electric or gas, we will ensure it is operating properly by testing the safety limits of your home unit. We will conduct a carbon monoxide test on all gas heating units.
Duct Work Repairs
We will re-design duct work and install new ducts for a better flow and balance throughout your house. Our duct work successfully meets the standards for the Energy Star Duct Leakage Test.
Indoor Air Quality (or IAQ) Products
Breath the cleanest air possible while protecting your home from allergies and other toxins.
UV Lighting
Ultraviolet lighting destroys harmful microorganisms such as germs, viruses, and bacteria in your HVAC system and can cause any number of health risks to an individual. UV light prevents mold and other contaminants from spreading throughout your home by improving air quality and your system’s energy efficiency.
Air Purifiers
Air purification systems improve your indoor air by reducing or removing pollutants. Eradicating air and surface contamination, eliminating odors, killing germs and mold spores, reducing allergens, and removing smoke can be an effective supplement to your source control and ventilation.
Pleated Filters By the Case
Filters are designed to filter the air and remove most airborne contaminants throughout the home. The MERV scale judges how effectively your filter will trap particles circulating within a confined space. The higher the rating, the greater the number of particles the filter will trap. Our skilled specialists will work closely with you to make sure air quality is safe, ensuring your HVAC system will last longer and your home is less dusty by using MERV filters.
