Our thermostat screen went blank and left our system inoperable. I called Clark's and they were able to schedule us for next day service. Kyle came out and was knowledgeable and efficient. He had to access the crawlspace to address the issue and had the thermostat (and our system) back up and running in no time. The cost to resolve the issue was included in the service call fee so there were no surprises of cost. We even signed up for the year's supply of air filters for a reasonable price. Overall, happy with the service and will keep Clark's on speed dial for any future concerns, although hopefully there isn't the need. Thanks Kyle, and thank you Clark's!

We had some strange sounds coming from the furnace. The tech that came out tested and looked and listened to it for a while, long enough to give us a very good explanation of the things we heard. We are glad he was as up to date and knew what to do and how to explain it. Thank you very much, Roger, for sending us a great technician.
On Saturday night, during the height of the recent heat wave, the condenser on my air conditioner went out. On the recommendation of my son, I called Clark’s early Sunday morning. By 11:30 am, a technician had been to the house, diagnosed the problem, and told me my options. If the unit I need is in stock, it should be installed Monday morning. I am impressed by the quick response to my call and the professional diagnosis and explanation. I am confident that I am in good hands and my problem will soon be resolved! So far, I am just as satisfied with Clark’s as was my son when he had his unit repaired several weeks ago!
