General Description: Under direct supervision of owner, installation of air conditioning/heating systems and duct work. Repairing of air conditioning/heating systems.

Working conditions: Ability to work in outside weather conditions for all seasons (hot and humid in summer, cold and damp in winter or other unusual weather conditions). Ability to be in outside in direct & partial sun. Ability to work in attics with hot, dry, dusty environment, tight confined or cramped places, and under houses. Working with or around electricity, high & low-pressure refrigerants, work around sharp object, fiberglass insulation.

Must be able to work 8 hours a day and overtime when needed.

Physical abilities: Ability to climb ladders, walk in attics on ceiling joist, on rooftops, on hard & soft surfaces, lift 75 to 150 LBS.

No Light Duty Work.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read & write in the English language.
• Read & follow directions and/or instructions.
• Basic understanding of hand and power tools.
• Possess good driving record.
• Possess valid Texas Driver’s License and be insurable.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to obtain and hold licenses and or certifications related to job description,
• Pass drug test.
• Submit to background checks.
• Educational Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
• A combination of vocational training and/or field experience is a plus
• Possess EPA certification or willing to obtain certification
